Research & Needs Analysis

Our firm is data driven and prioritizes the need to understand the supply and demand for your open search. We research target companies and candidates. Through our data driven techniques and tools, we identify industries and passive candidates who should be proactively approached and added to our talent pool. We also partner with the hiring leaders to understand their professional and cultural hiring need to ensure there is a clear understanding of the client company culture, discover why the position is open and discuss the qualifications desired vs. required.

Identify & Attract

Once we have gathered all the necessary information to begin our search, we prepare a recruiting plan to ensure our firm sources for the right talent. We create a powerful presentation to attract the best in the industry while promoting your organization, confidentially. Through our multilayered strategy and leveraging our internal database and existing networks, we select the most qualified to continue through the screening process.

Interview

Once we have narrowed down the talent pool and selected the highest caliber of talent for your role, we move forward with an extensive interview to ensure the candidate possesses the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. The team also ensures the candidate has the technical and cultural background. Career Concepts Search Group will thoroughly screen and evaluate each candidate prior to submitted our top recommendations for our client to review, interview, and consider.

Placement

Once a candidate is selected for hire by our client, our placement process is initiated. The final screening process is confirmed by the client, as the candidate goes through the clients hiring phases: salary negotiation, job offer, benefits (if applicable), job acceptance, signed offer letter, and start date. Our Executive Recruiter will ensure to assist throughout the entire process to ensure both parties are agreeable to the terms.

Retention

Career Concepts is a high touch boutique staffing firm and have continued to be successful based on our relationships. Once the candidate has been placed, we will continue to follow up with the client and the candidate to ensure both parties are equally still engaged. Our firm is here to assist pre- and post-placement.
